Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Address

We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure every package reaches you safely, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or the carrier directly. For any concerns, please contact us at treasuregal@hotmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order. If you choose not to have the order resent, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding the original shipping charges.
Order Splitting
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to product availability or warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There will be no additional shipping charges for split orders.
