At Treasure Gal, we want you to love every purchase you make. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not work out for you. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and requesting refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimate apparel, including lingerie and swimwear, due to hygiene reasons

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at treasuregal@hotmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back to us.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and any accompanying documentation.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs upon verification.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at treasuregal@hotmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a full refund or sending a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from the date of our approval, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at treasuregal@hotmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate the matter.
